Rocket is an optimized upload/download feature built in to the Enterprise Desktop Client. It is the best way to move files from your local computer into a Enterprise shared storage Project. You use Rocket to upload into a Project and Rocket to download out of a Project. (Downloading Content Using Rocket Transfer).

Before starting make sure you've created an Enterprise user profile and received your login info. If you have not received your login info, please contact the Helpdesk. You must also download and install the Enterprise Client software before you can ingest content.

Note that some Users may have restrictions on their upload and download capabilities due to security protocols from their organization's admins.
