Enterprise users have the ability to install your own preferred fonts in just 10 simple steps using the Enterprise Desktop Client and its Rocket Upload function.
STEPS:
1. Gather your fonts into one place so that they are easily uploaded.
2. Launch the Enterprise Client and go to the "Upload" tab (up arrow) located on the left side bar. Select your Enterprise Storage Project where you will be uploading your font files. Optionally, you have the choice of creating a new folder or selecting a pre-existing folder within that Project (Destination Path: Change). For further information on how to upload using our Rocket Transfer please see this article:
Uploading Content into Enterprise Using Rocket Transfer
3. Select the Rocket Upload button (up arrow). If you do not see an upload arrow, contact your Organization's Administrator.
4. You will then see:
(A) The question mark "Get Help" will link you to our support articles for further assistance.
(B) The name of the Pod you have been assigned
(C) The name of the Project storage currently selected (orange background).
5. Destination
a. If you'd like to change the destination Project from the current one, you can select from the visible list or try searching for another Project volume.
b. Click on the selected Project to see the upload options. Set the destination path to the desired location on the Project Storage. By default, a folder is created at the root of the Project with a time stamp as the destination path. To change to a preferred destination location, select change and proceed to the next step.
c. After clicking "Change" you can navigate through the folder structure to the desired destination. You can also create a new folder location by selecting the "+ Add New Folder" button. Enter the name of your folder and click "Select".
6. Source
Once your destination is set, select the source to upload into the Project. Once selected, the transfer will automatically begin.
There are three ways you can upload content into a Enterprise Project.
a. Upload entire folders of content from your computer or a network.
b. Select individual media files to upload from your computer or a network.
c. Drag-and-drop a media file into the upload window.
7. You can check the status of your Rocket Upload progress. There is a progress bar, as well as tabs for the detailed status of the transfer as it proceeds.
