Open Finder and go to Applications.

Navigate to Utilities → Terminal.

In Terminal, paste the following command (provided by support) and press Enter:

rm ~/Library/Application\ Support/CREE8/upload-cache-*.json

  Wait for the command to run—it should only take a moment.

Once complete, reopen the CREE8 Desktop App and log in again.
