How to fix the CREE8 Desktop App if it is only displaying a blank screen

If you are ever met with a blank screen upon opening the CREE8 Desktop App (pictured below), below are the steps to fix it. This issue can occur when the cookies need to be cleared on the Desktop App.

1. Quit the CREE8 Desktop App


2. Bring up the Terminal on your local Mac. You can do this by pressing 'Command + Spacebar' to bring up Spotlight Search. Type 'Terminal' in the search bar and press 'Enter' to open it.


3. Copy and paste the command below into the Terminal window and hit 'Enter.' After doing so you can close Terminal.

rm -rf ~/Library/Application\ Support/CREE8/Cookies*
​
4. Launch the CREE8 Desktop App
