🔹 If You’re on a Workstation (e.g. Premiere Pro or After Effects)
When you’re using a workstation, mounting issues may be caused by media cache conflicts or drive letter mismatches.
Step 1: Check for Drive Letter Conflicts
Make sure no other project is using the same drive letter as your project.
Step 2: Clear Adobe Media Cache
Close all Creative Cloud apps (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder).
Find the Housekeeping tab of your Workstation Dashboard.
Click the trashcan button for your Adobe app.
Relaunch Premiere Pro.
If You’re Using LucidLink on our CREE8 App
Sometimes a quick cache clear is all it takes.
Steps to Clear Cache in the App:
Open the CREE8 App and go to the LucidLink tab.
On the right side of the screen, next to Installers, click the ••• (options) button.
Select Clear Cache from the dropdown.
Try mounting your project again. ✅
💡 Why this helps: Clearing cache removes outdated project data and forces a clean sync from the cloud.
