You can cancel your subscription to CREE8 directly from the web or desktop app. Here’s how to do it in just a few clicks:
1. Open the App
Log into your web app or desktop app.
2. Click on your Profile Icon in the lower-left corner, then select Preferences.
3. On the left-hand side beneath 'Workspace Settings,' click on 'Subscription.'
In the upper right-hand corner of your subscription details, you'll see buttons for Upgrade and Cancel.
4. Select Cancel to begin the cancellation process.
