Where to Find Your Plan Details
1. Log In to Your CREE8 Account
Start by logging into your CREE8 Workspace using the Desktop App or Web Browser using your credentials.
2. Open the Dashboard Section
From the left-hand menu, select Dashboard if it is not selected already.
Click the Manage button next to the word 'Plan' located on the upper-right.
3. View Your Plan Details
After clicking Manage you will be taken to your subscription page. Here, you will find your Plan Details.
Your breakdown of your Plan Details includes Subscription Frequency, Included Hours, Remaining Hours, Cost per Extra Hour, Included Storage, Utilized Storage, and Cost for Extra Storage.
You can also choose to Upgrade your current plan or Update your payment method if necessary.
