Whether you’re backing up your projects, sharing them offline, or just making space in your account, this guide will walk you through every step.
There are two ways that you can download content from the CREE8 Workspace; through the Projects view or through the Download view within the Desktop App.

Navigate to your Projects
Start by logging into your CREE8 Workspace using the Web Browser with your credentials.
Click on the Projects icon
on the left-hand menu.
Locate your media file
Select the project where your media is located.
Click through the file path to locate the file.
Download your file
Select the drop down menu (three dots) and select "Download File"
Your download will begin automatically. Depending on the size of your file(s), this might take a few moments.
(**Note from Russell - this does not work in the Desktop App, the option to download is not included in the drop-down list. Works fine in the Web Browser, so header above has been changed.)

Navigate to the Downloads section
Start by logging into the CREE8 Desktop App using your credentials.
Click on the Downloads icon
on the left-hand menu.
Locate your media file or folder
Select the project where your media is located.
Click through the file path to locate the file or folder.
Download your file or folder
On the right hand side of your file or folder select the Download button
💡 Tip: Your can change your download location by selecting "Change" just beneath your profile avatar.
