Accessing the MCP with an Org Admin Account

The Org Admin (Organization Administrator) manages an Organization's Users and their access to features in the Enterprise environment using the MCP. This role is assigned to a User account created by either another Org Admin in your Organization or by request to Enterprise Support.

ORG ADMIN PRIVILEGES

The Enterprise Main Control Panel (MCP) works best using Chrome as your browser. When you log in to your account you should see this label displayed at the top right confirming that you have Org Admin privileges as well as your Org's name.

The MCP has a table of contents on the left side of the panel. Here, you will find links to articles dedicated to explaining each feature available to you as an Org Admin.

  1. Dashboard- Expanded view of your Organization's metrics

  2. Org Profile- Info and logo change

  3. Users- Lists all Users in your Organization and gives access to their profiles.

  4. Invite Users- Invite others to join as Users via email

  5. User Permissions- Manage Users to Active/Inactive Seats, as well as set per User permissions

  6. Subscription- Lists available seats

  7. Pods- lists Pods, as well as the ability to add and remove Users

  8. Projects- Lists Projects as well as add and remove Users

  9. Credentials- List Credentials used to set up Sync settings with S3

  10. Links- Displays created Links

  11. Content Hub- Content Browser for Projects

  12. Workstations- Lists Workstations by Pod

  13. Streams- Lists active Sessions Cast

  14. Workstation Usage- Lists Workstation usage by User and Time

  15. Transfer Logs- Lists transfers of files

  16. Downloads- Provides Enterprise Desktop Client for Windows and MacOS
