The Org Admin (Organization Administrator) manages an Organization's Users and their access to features in the Enterprise environment using the MCP. This role is assigned to a User account created by either another Org Admin in your Organization or by request to Enterprise Support.
ORG ADMIN PRIVILEGES
The Enterprise Main Control Panel (MCP) works best using Chrome as your browser. When you log in to your account you should see this label displayed at the top right confirming that you have Org Admin privileges as well as your Org's name.
The MCP has a table of contents on the left side of the panel. Here, you will find links to articles dedicated to explaining each feature available to you as an Org Admin.
Dashboard- Expanded view of your Organization's metrics
Org Profile- Info and logo change
Users- Lists all Users in your Organization and gives access to their profiles.
Invite Users- Invite others to join as Users via email
User Permissions- Manage Users to Active/Inactive Seats, as well as set per User permissions
Subscription- Lists available seats
Pods- lists Pods, as well as the ability to add and remove Users
Projects- Lists Projects as well as add and remove Users
Credentials- List Credentials used to set up Sync settings with S3
Links- Displays created Links
Content Hub- Content Browser for Projects
Workstations- Lists Workstations by Pod
Streams- Lists active Sessions Cast
Workstation Usage- Lists Workstation usage by User and Time
Transfer Logs- Lists transfers of files
Downloads- Provides Enterprise Desktop Client for Windows and MacOS
