The Org Admin (Organization Administrator) manages an Organization's Users and their access to features in the Enterprise environment using the MCP. This is an additional add-on to a User account created by either another Org Admin in your Organization or by request to Enterprise Support.

B. Select the User Permissions tab to change a User's specific individual privileges for their account.
C. The User Permission tab allows you to set:
1. 2FA (Two Factor Authorization)
2. Assign the User to only access specific workstations
3. Assign to Enterprise Test Drive
4. Unlock a locked account. Locks may be due to too many unsuccessful logins or inactivity.
Note: Don't forget to click on the purple "Update Permissions" button to save changes.
3. USER PERMISSIONS
The MCP uses a Subscription-based approach to defining user permissions. This system is made up of Entitlements, which can be thought of as preset “templates” of user permissions, each of which are aligned to the different subscriptions.
To provide further control of user permissions, users can be assigned to subsets of these permissions, called Permission Groups. This allows some users within an organization to have certain permissions (upload and download, for example), while others do not.
The User Permissions section of the MCP manages which Users can be assigned to the Permissions Groups available within an organization’s subscription Entitlements. This view will be available only to Org Admins.
A. Choose User Permissions from the panel on the left. Select your Subscription Tier from the drop down menu. Different tiers carry different sets of Entitlements. Each tier also has a set amount of Users that be assigned to it. (See step #4-Subscriptions)
B. Choose the Permission Group from the drop down menu.
C. The page will be divided into a list of Users that are assigned and unassigned within the selected Subscription Tier and Permission Group. You may search for Users or select from the list.
Choosing a or b will open the Assign Entitlement window to assign the User in or out of the Group. Choosing c will remove the User from the Assigned list.
4. SUBSCRIPTION
Subscription lists the Seats and Assigned Users in each Tier in your Organization. Seats are the maximum amount of users allowed in the Subscription.
5. PROJECTS

The panel will list all Projects in your Organization to select from or you may use the search function. Once your project is located, click on its name to edit.
B. PROJECTS/ PROFILE
Controls for the Name, Folder Label and Drive Letter.
The "Auto Mount" check box bypasses the need for the User to manually choose the "Mount" button at startup in the workstation's Enterprise Dashboard. Drive letters may be assigned as well.
The Project Size graph on the panel is particularly useful to monitor the available space in the entire shared storage where the Project resides. Best Practices require at least 10% is kept free.
C. PROJECTS/ USERS
This section assigns or unassigns Users to the Project. You may choose from the list of Users or search for their names.
a. To Unassign a User, click on the red X circle next to their name. This will move them to the Unassigned User list on the right and they will no longer have access to the Project.
b. To Assign a User, search Unassigned Users and click on the green Add User circle. This will move them to the Assigned Users list on the left and they will have access to the Project.
