The Enterprise Client application software enables you to access the Enterprise OS from your local computer.

Instructions

Make sure you've activated an account in the MCP before starting and received your login info.

If you have not received your login info, please contact the Enterprise Helpdesk.

(see: Activate Your account)

1. Login to the Enterprise MCP Dashboard Web Portal (it's a good idea to bookmark this!) with your browser. Chrome is preferred.

a. If your organization has made arrangements with Enterprise to support Single Sign On (SSO) click on "Log in with SSO".

b. If you forgot your password, click on "Forgot Password" and a renew password link will be sent to your email account.

2. Select "Download Client" from the Dashboard menu on the left to download the Enterprise Client software for either Mac (OSX) or PC (Windows). The installer will download to your computer's Download folder.

Install the Enterprise Client using the Enterprise Client installer in your Downloads folder.

*** For a Windows installation refer to step 3B below.

3A. For Mac OSX click on the ".dmg" file. Drag and drop the Enterprise Client into the Applications folder.

3B. For Windows, locate the Enterprise Client installer file that you downloaded and click on it.

The program will install the BeBop Client on your computer. Note that the installer may go through an automatic update installation as well.

4. Launch the Enterprise Client from the Applications folder, Desktop Icon or the Start Menu and Login.

*If issues occur while launching the Enterprise Client, please refer to this article on performing a clean install. How to Perform a Clean Install of the BeBop Client.

*For more information on installing on Mac OS 10.15 please see the official Apple install instructions.

5. Now that you have launched the Enterprise Client, review information on how to Quick Start.
