Resolving LucidLink Mounting Issues

If LucidLink is not mounting properly on your machine, follow the steps below to get back up and running.

Security Update Notice

We are currently running a security update this week, and your access to LucidLink may be momentarily interrupted. If you experience a disruption in service, please follow the steps below.

How to Resolve

  1. Open the CREE8 application on your desktop.

  2. Click LOGOUT in the menu on the bottom left corner (look for your initials).

  3. Then Quit the CREE8 application completely.

  4. Re-open the CREE8 application.

  5. Log back in with your credentials.

  6. If you are currently on a CREE8 Cloud Workstation, please shutdown and start it again.

LucidLink will now mount successfully. If you continue to experience issues after following these steps, please reach out to the CREE8 support team for further assistance.
