What's a Project?
Projects are collaborative spaces where team members can safely and securely work together on their shared project files and content. Workspace admins set up these projects to ensure seamless collaboration within your team.

How to Create a Project

  1. Log in to your CREE8 account

  2. Go to the Projects section

    • On the left-hand navigation menu, select Projects. This is where you’ll create and manage all your workspaces.

  3. Click “New Project”

    • Locate the New Project button on the right and click to begin setup.

  4. Fill in project details

    • Project Name: Give your project a clear and descriptive name that reflects its purpose.

    • Storage Type: Choose a storage option that works best for your team’s needs.

    • Folder Label: Create a unique folder name using lowercase letters and a single word (e.g., projectfiles).

    • Drive Letter: Assign a drive letter to this folder for quick and easy access from your workstation.

  5. Finalize and create your project

    • Review your project settings, then click Add to create your project.

Any changes you make will take effect the next time you launch your workstation. These updates won’t impact existing file links or collaborators.

Yes, you can delete projects by selecting the "more options" in the Projects menu. Keep in mind, deleting a project is permanent and cannot be undone.
