How do I connect and mount a Network drive with a UNC path in a CREE8 workstation?

Mount a network drive within the CREE8 workstation and access all your files seamlessly.

Start by opening File Explorer, right-click "This PC" → "Map network drive…"

  • Pick a drive letter.

  • In "Folder", type the UNC path:

\\ServerName\ShareName

  • or IP address:

\\192.168.1.10\ShareName

  • Check "Reconnect at sign-in" if you want it to persist.

  • If needed, check "Connect using different credentials" and enter the username/password for that server.

  • Click Finish and verify that the drive has mounted and files are accessible.
