Due to performance issues, we highly recommend to NOT upload video files in ProRes format to either CREE8 or Producer as they may not play back properly. <br>​<br>We recommend exporting the file as <b>.mp4,</b> using either H.264 or H.265(HEVC) codec. This will ensure more reliable performance on all video uploads and playback.
