Systematic or automated bulk transfers that exceed 25% of the total stored data per month.
Using CREE8 as a CDN (Content Delivery Network) alternative for mass file distribution.
Continuous high-volume transfers to external storage providers (e.g., moving large datasets out of CREE8 without engaging in a production workflow).
📌 If a user’s bandwidth consumption significantly exceeds fair use limits, CREE8 reserves the right to:
Apply temporary bandwidth throttling to maintain platform performance.
Contact the user to discuss alternative data transfer options.
Require a custom bandwidth agreement for extremely high data transfer volumes.
Seek reimbursement for CREE8's cloud provider egress charges.

On-demand retrieval of project files, media assets, and archived creative content within reasonable usage limits.
Restoring old projects for revisions, updates, or reuse in new productions.
Periodic archive downloads to local environments for backup or compliance needs.
🚨 What’s Considered Excessive (Unfair Use)
Frequent, full-library downloads that exceed 50% of total archived storage per month.
Using CREE8 Archive as a substitute for hot storage (e.g., continuously retrieving and re-uploading the same assets multiple times per week).
Systematic or automated large-scale retrievals that resemble data migration rather than archive access.
📌 If a user’s retrieval behavior exceeds fair use limits, CREE8 reserves the right to:
Apply retrieval rate limits to prevent excessive load on storage infrastructure.
Require a higher-tier storage plan for users with high-frequency retrieval needs.
Implement alternative storage solutions for customers needing large-scale, repeated access.

CREE8 will proactively monitor for unusual bandwidth spikes and excessive retrieval activity. If a user’s activity exceeds fair use limits:
