Teradici has a Performance Monitor tool for Premiere that may be installed on Enterprise workstations on request.
This tool is an easy way to troubleshoot your network connection to see if it's adequate for optimal performance while using the Teradici PCoIP client.
1. Launch Adobe Premiere and go to Window>Extensions>Teradici Performance Monitor.
2. It will take a moment to gather information about your internet connection.
3. The Teradici Performance Monitor will list the tested parameters of your network connection. In this example, latency may be caused by not connecting directly to the router via a hard-wired connection.
